Awards and Medals that may be earned by members of Victoria Military Simulation.

RIBBONS


The Soldiers Ribbon is awarded to any team member who distinguishes himself by heroism not involving actual conflict with an enemy. The performance must have involved personal hazard or danger.


The Military Service Ribbon is awarded to team members who have served in any capacity with the U.S. military.


The Good Conduct Ribbon is awarded on a selective basis to team members who distinguish themselves from among their fellow team members by exemplary conduct, efficiency, and fidelity throughout a specified period of continuous active membership.


The Meritorious Service Ribbon is awarded to team members who distinguish themselves by outstanding non-combat meritorious achievement or service.


The Outstanding Volunteer Service Ribbon is awarded to team members who, subsequent to April 1, 2005, performed outstanding volunteer community service. It must have been significant in nature and produce tangible results and reflect favorably on the Victoria MILSIM team.


The Service Ribbon is awarded to team members for successful completion of initial-entry training. The Service Ribbon may be awarded retroactively to those personnel who have completed required training before April 1, 2005 provided they had an active MILSIM status. Only one award is authorized.


The Certified First Aid Ribbon is awarded to team members who have successfully completed basic first aid training.


The Team Recruiter Ribbon is awarded to team members who have actively and successfully recruited at least three (3) individuals for the Victoria MILSIM team.


The Victoria Military Simulation Team Unit Ribbon is awarded to team members who have participated in at least one Victoria MILSIM Operation.


The Nightstalkers Ribbon is awarded to team members who have attained the elite status of Nightstalker.


The Combat Action Ribbon is awarded to  team members who have actively participated in at least two MILSIM scenarios.


The Camp Anderson-Peters Ribbon is awarded to team members for successful completion of various training exercises at  Camp Anderson-Peters.

BADGES


The Combat Infantry Badge is awarded to team members who have become experts in all aspects of combat infantry.


The Infantry Badge is awarded to team members who have become highly specialized in the field of infantry.


The Combat Action Badge is awarded to team members who have actively participated in at least five MILSIM scenarios.


The Combat Medic Badge is awarded to team members who have become expertly specialized in first aid, as well as other means of first response medical treatment.


The Explosive Ordinance Badge is awarded to team members who have become specialize in the field of explosive ordinances and devices.


The Recruiter Badge is awarded to team members who specialize in the recruitment of new team members.


The Military Intelligence Badge is awarded to team members who specialize in military intelligence and interrogation.


The Pathfinder Badge is awarded to team members who excel in terrain assessment and land navigation.


The Physical Fitness Badge is awarded to team members who have excelled in all aspects of physical fitness.
